Exchange Policy Only

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

Wrong product received
Damaged product received during delivery
Manufacturing defect

Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving product.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Customer must share product images/videos for verification.
  • Exchange will be processed after quality inspection.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange will not be accepted for:

Used or damaged handbags
Products without original packaging
Change of mind or personal preference
Color differences due to screen/display settings
Sale or clearance products cannot be exchanged.

The actual product colour may vary slightly from the images shown online. Such minor variations will not be considered a defect and will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
